Seongyojang House
"Seongyojang House" is located at Unjeong-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do. It is a house where Lee Nae-beon, known as a noble family of Gangneung, lived first and his descendants also resided from generation to generation and designated as Important Folklore Material No. 5 now.

Ojukheon House
Gangneung, the city of "Ojukheon House" is located at Jukheon-dong, Gangneung-si. This is a wooden building of Mid-Joseon Dynasty and designated as National Treasure No. 165. As a building type of Joseon Dynasty, it consists of the front side of three parts and the side of two parts. It is famous as a place where Shin saimdang and Yulgok Il were born.
